Customer Care

Royce styles clothing is committed to customer satisfaction, it's our biggest priority. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your products, we accept returns up 30 days of receiving an order. Please make sure that the item to be returned or exchanged is in their original, unworn/unwashed, new condition with original tags. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items. Washed items and or with animal hair are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Due to COVID rules we do not not accept returns on worn masks, if mask is unsealed the sale is final. If you wish to exchange for a different item, store credit will be issued so you can place a new order with the item you want.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ADD ORDER NUMBER AND EXCHANGE/REFUND REQUEST INSIDE THE PACKAGE. If items are not in stock at the time we receive your item, you will be receiving a refund for it. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping in order to send the product back to us. We will cover the shipping in order to send the product back to you if you get an exchange. Also, the shipping amount paid is also not refunded when an item is returned. International Orders: We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.

Shipping and Handling Times

95% of all orders are shipped out within 1-2 weeks. Priority Orders are always shipped before the standard orders. Any orders placed on holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

We encourage you to set strong passwords for your subscription account, and avoid providing us or anyone with any sensitive Personal Information of which you believe its disclosure could cause you substantial or irreparable harm. We understand that privacy and discreetness are crucial to our customers If you are a California resident using the Services, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) may provide you the right to request access to and deletion of your Personal Information.
